I made myself a wonderful Christmas gift, titled Minima pedalia, written by Emilio Rigatti and published in 2004 by Ediciclo, but which I happily discovered only now. I read it from Christmas to Boxing Day, sipping the final pages for fear of finishing it too soon. The title intrigued me positively, because, as the author, even I was an avid reader of Adorno, although understanding maybe just half of his essays. A book for people with good taste, full not of quotations, but of wonderfool memories of reading, with which Prof. Rigatti punctuates his diary / not diary, never rhetorical, yet very dense of style: lucky are his students. Too bad there is not even a line to sing the heroic deeds of his faithful two wheels companion. (Photo: Emilio Rigatti)
