Many people tried to face the ecological items through the healthy habit of cycling in our cities crowded with cars and smog. This also allows us to keep in good shape, riding every day for a few kilometers. The bikes do not use fuel, do not pollute, occupy very little space in the streets and in parking lots and move quickly in any urban area, sometimes even faster than cars, considering the rush-hour traffic jams. Not mentioning the unnecessary stress of being closed for hours in the narrow space of a car. Many fashionists are dedicating beautiful clothes specially designed for urban cyclists, so as not to have to give up the pleasure of dressing in style but also in a practical and functional way. There is no excuse: we need to change things, starting from ourselves. Paraphrasing a famous J.F. Kennedy’s motto we could say: ask not what your city can do to improve the quality of your life, ask what you can do to improve the quality of life in your cities.
