Condor: creating the Paris

In February our designer Ben and film maker Andy Waterman went to our factory to film the first production models of the new Paris Path single speed being created.
It takes the skills of several frame builders to produce the frame and fork. What you see being welded in the film is laser cut bi-laminations that have then been folded and shaped to form a design for the front of the bicycle. After a few days of building the frame is sent to our painters where the it is painted and Maria fits the decals and spends hours polishing the lacquer.
The frame is sent to London, England. Here we face and prepare the frames to be built into bicycles.
