Talvolta una sola velocità è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, recita il motto di Robert Egger, designer di Specialized Industrial Design Group, un’azienda che fa dell’innovazione tecnologica la propria vocazione. Ed ecco quindi, fra gli innumerevoli prodotti, spuntare una elegante fixed gear/single speed dalle gradevoli forme e dalle eccellenti specifiche tecniche: la Langster, declinata in varie versioni (Las Vegas, Seattle, San Francisco e cromata, come nella foto), si caratterizza per versatilità ed estrema leggerezza,anche grazie alla sua performante forcella in carbonio. Langster monta un’eccellente guarnitura Sugino Zen Messenger. L’ho vista e provata ieri. Cambierei solo il manubrio, non mi attirano quelli da corsa, e la sella, troppo aggressiva, per il resto è perfetta.
